About Karabo Motshwane
Karabo Motshwane is a respected commercial litigator and business‑rescue specialist with almost two decades of experience. He began his legal career at Werksmans Attorneys, where he rose from candidate attorney to director and equity partner, leading complex business‑rescue and dispute‑resolution matters for major corporations and financial institutions. In 2020 he joined RAMS Attorneys as a director and head of the Business Rescue, Insolvency & Restructuring practice before founding Motshwane & Associates Inc.
Karabo’s practice focuses on guiding distressed companies, creditors and stakeholders through South Africa’s business‑rescue regime and negotiating pragmatic restructuring plans. His clients benefit from his deep experience in commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, tender challenges and insolvency proceedings.
